Privacy Policy

How Bennu Forge handles account information, subscriptions, essential cookies, support requests and privacy choices.

Effective October 28, 2026

1. Scope and contact

This Policy describes personal information handled by Bennu Forge, the North Carolina-based operator of bennuforge.com and its product websites, including nfl.bennuforge.com and markets.bennuforge.com. It covers shared accounts, memberships, analytics tools and support. Contact the operator about privacy at zona1cats@gmail.com. It does not replace a third party’s own privacy notice when that party acts independently. If a future product introduces materially different collection, such as broker-account access or trade execution, we will provide an additional notice before enabling that collection.

2. Information you provide and account providers

We receive account identifiers, verified email addresses and account or profile details you provide or authorize your sign-in provider to share. Clerk processes registration, authentication, password management, session information and security checks. If you choose an enabled social sign-in provider such as Google or Facebook, Clerk and that provider process the information needed to authenticate you; we do not receive your social-provider password. Our membership database stores your account identifier, email address, enrollment and trial dates, subscription status and related timestamps. Account/profile settings may be held by Clerk rather than copied into our database.

3. Payments and subscriptions

Stripe collects and processes payment details, billing information and transaction information when you explicitly purchase access. We receive or store payment-related identifiers, subscription status, product and price references, paid-through dates and webhook-processing records needed to manage access and billing. Our application does not collect or store full payment-card numbers or card security codes; payment entry takes place through Stripe. Billing records may also include invoices, payment status, cancellation information and information you provide in a billing-support request. A no-card trial does not require payment details.

4. Technical information, cookies and local storage

Cloudflare, Clerk and our infrastructure can process IP addresses, device/browser details, requested URLs, timestamps, request and error information, session identifiers and signals used to detect fraud or abuse. We use cookies and similar storage for authentication, session continuity, security and preferences. Clerk may use Cloudflare Turnstile or other fraud-prevention technology to assess suspicious signup requests. Some product preferences and feedback receipts are stored in your browser’s local storage. Clearing local storage can remove those receipts or preferences. Browser requests to external data sources can disclose your IP address and ordinary request information to those sources. The legal pages themselves do not load advertising or analytics scripts. We do not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or sell it for money.

5. Support, feedback and product information

If you contact us or submit feedback, we process your email, message contents, report details, relevant account/product identifiers and support history. Feedback can be stored in GitHub’s private issue and project tools for investigation and development. Please do not send passwords, secret keys, card details or sensitive financial information. Product data, including model outputs and sports statistics, may be processed to display the tools and maintain service records; a public sports statistic is not necessarily information about you. We do not ask for brokerage credentials as part of the shared account or NFL subscription.

6. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; verify identity and email; provide requested product access; calculate trial eligibility and expiration; process explicit purchases, renewals and cancellations; send service and trial-expiry notices; investigate support requests; maintain and improve reliability; prevent fraud and misuse; meet tax, accounting and legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims. We do not automatically charge a trial user when free access ends. If we send optional marketing messages, we will provide an unsubscribe method and obtain consent where required.

7. Who receives information

We disclose information as needed to service providers that help deliver the Services: Cloudflare for hosting, databases, networking and security; Clerk for authentication and account security; Stripe for payments, subscriptions, invoices and billing management; Resend for transactional email; and GitHub when feedback and development tracking are used. Relevant staff and authorized contractors may access information for support and operations. Sign-in providers receive information when you choose their authentication options. Product data providers receive ordinary request information when your browser contacts them. Providers may process some information for their own security, compliance or payment-related purposes under their own notices. We may also disclose information with your direction, to comply with lawful requests, protect rights and safety, investigate misuse, or in a business transfer subject to applicable law and appropriate protections. We do not make private account or feedback records publicly available as part of the Services.

8. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide your account and subscriptions, handle support, protect the Services and meet legal, tax, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations. Different records have different retention needs; not all records disappear immediately after an account-deletion request, and backup copies may persist until their ordinary replacement. We use access controls, HTTPS, server-side authorization and provider security features to protect information. No internet service, transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You can update supported account settings through the product’s Account page, cancel a subscription through Membership → Manage billing / cancel, and manage cookies or local storage through your browser. Blocking essential cookies or security technology can prevent login or signup. Signing out, deleting browser data or deleting an authentication account does not cancel an existing subscription. To request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, or to ask about another privacy right, email zona1cats@gmail.com. We may verify your identity and will respond as required by applicable law. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions and record-retention requirements. Depending on your location and the laws that apply to us, you may have additional rights, including an appeal or a complaint to a regulator. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We do not currently engage in the sale or targeted-advertising practices described above; if those practices change, we will provide the notices and choices required by law.

10. International processing and children

Bennu Forge operates from the United States. Our providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate, whose privacy protections may differ from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a transfer safeguard, we rely on an appropriate lawful mechanism rather than treating use of the site alone as consent to waive your rights. The Services are intended for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Updates and provider notices

We will post updates with a new effective date and provide additional notice or consent when required for a material change. For information about our providers’ own practices, see Cloudflare, Clerk, Stripe, Resend and GitHub. For privacy requests or questions, email zona1cats@gmail.com.
